We are excited to be co-hosting a membership breakfast club on Tuesday, 30th May 9.30am – 12pm at the Arch hotel, Marble Arch, London, the theme being Managing Digital Transformation and Cultural Change. Felinesoft have teamed up with independent specialist, Hart Square, to deliver this exclusive networking event, which will allow the attendees to share experiences, pool ideas and provide a great opportunity to learn from each other. A problem shared is often a problem solved - especially over coffee and croissants!
HartSquare have a wealth of experience in successfully delivering digital transformation and change management consultancy services to clients such as the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, Royal College of Radiologists, and the Royal College of Midwives, so we instantly saw the value in partnering with them for this event.
We are pleased to announce that our joint client, the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy Deputy CEO, Cristian Holmes has agreed to chair the session and openly share their recent experience of how they defined, implemented (Dynamics CRM and Umbraco CMS integration) and managed Digital Transformation and Cultural Change with stakeholders across the organisation.
In this informal and exclusive environment, together with representatives from the Institute of Internal Auditors, British Medical Association, and The Landscape Institute will be facilitating open conversations addressing some of the core issues currently faced by membership and professional bodies. Under the 'Chatham House Rule', the intention is to enable all participants to share experiences and ambitions that will dig deep into organisational culture, business cases and financial returns.
If you or anyone within your organisation would benefit from attending then please contact Nick Smith on firstname.lastname@example.org. On the day we are setting aside 1 hour for an open Q&A, so if you have any specifc questions that you would like to cover on the day then please forward them in advance.
There are limited spaces available, so if you're interested, I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch.
To our current attendees, we very much look forward to seeing you there.
