Permanent position: Client Success Manager

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum

Location: Central Bristol (BS1 2NT)

The role

As we grow it's vital we stay close to our clients, really understanding their business, their wider goals and opportunities for us to help them with these. This brand-new role will provide more engagement and face to face time with our clients, which as we grow, we do not want to lose. 

We deliver bespoke integrated or standalone enterprise solutions (Dynamics CRM, Web, App) to our clients. Working closely with our Upstream team, Head of Client Services and Business Development, and our Managing Director, the Client Success Manager will help ensure that what we deliver to our clients is relevant and ensures the clients business is performing to its best ability through the technology and systems available.

We work with a range of interesting clients, such as Macmillan Cancer Support, The Royal Society of Medicine, The Kennel Club, and NorthRow.

We’re looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture, seeing where we can add value for current clients. And someone who can help us drive new business, meeting with new clients and understanding how we can best assist them.

 

Essential skills and experience

  • 3+ years' experience in Account Management or Customer/Client Success Management role
  • Excellent relationship management skills gained in client-facing role
  • Track record of successfully building rapport with clients / strong relationship builder
  • Good understanding of software and digital development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude
