We're a really friendly, talented and motivated group of people who work on a variety of projects with interesting clients, many in the Not for Profit and Membership sectors but not solely.
We work in agile self organising teams, collaborating closely with our clients and colleagues. Self organising means we have responsibility from day one in our roles. We have autonomy over how we work with a focus on the best results for the team and client. Whilst we don't have line managers, we work within a really supportive environment so you can ask anyone a question and we support one another to reach our goals.
We value curiosity and when it comes to your development and growth - we're led by you. What's the recruitment process like?
If your initial application looks suitable, we'll give you a quick informal phone call to check details of your application, to make sure we've got all the necessary information to best consider your application and for any of your initial questions.
Then the teams will decide who they would like to invite to the first stage of our recruitment process, the telephone interview. This will last around 30 minutes. You'll get the chance to discuss the role in a little more depth, to find out about the company, and the team can find out more about you, your skills and experience, and what you're looking for in your next role.
If there is a mutual fit, we'll then invite you to meet with us for a final stage interview. As we're sure you will understand, we'll currently be meeting you remotely over a video call. Depending on the role, this may also include a technical task. We have experience in remote interviewing and on-boarding, so we're confident we can give you a good feel for what it is like working with Felinesoft.
