The role: 

 

This new role will manage the recruitment of new Felinesoft team members, assist with onboarding new joiners, support our self-organising culture, oversee team well-being, office management, and will work closely with the ClearCourse Group HR team. We’re looking for someone to support our great team of people and our self-organising culture. Someone who has experience with similar responsibilities and is very confidential, highly organised, supportive and approachable.

 

The role is ideally a full-time role (37.5hrs per week), however we are open to flexible working and reduced hours for candidates who would be able work a minimum of 9am – 2pm, Monday to Friday. The majority of our Felinesoft team are currently working remotely due to COVID-19, once we return to the office this role, due to the nature of the role, will be office based.

 

As our People & Culture Support you will work with the Group HR Admin and Group HR Business Partner, so this role could be of interest to someone with strong administrative and interpersonal skills, wanting to develop their HR related skills. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Overseeing Recruitment and Onboarding new joiners:
    • Creating/updating job adverts and advertising roles
    • Searching for and screening candidates
    • Liaising with recruiters where needed 
    • Setting up and taking part in interviews 
    • Agreeing offers and assisting in offer letters, contracts etc.
    • Conducting new joiner inductions
  • Supporting staff reviews
    • Assisting with probationary review meetings
    • Assisting Group HR with yearly reviews
  • Oversee day to day wellbeing of the Felinesoft team:
    • Being a confidant for people to speak to
    • Promoting the EAP and other routes of support for employees in need
    • Physical and mental health first aider (training will be given where required)
    • Fire warden (training will be given where required)
  • Support our self-organising culture:
    • Assisting people understanding how self-organising works here at Felinesoft
    • Encouraging culture of feedback sharing and recognitions of great work
    • Arrange company events, such as annual summer and Christmas parties
  • Support Felinesoft with day to day running of the business: 
    • Screening incoming calls and welcoming visitors
    • Assist with company communications 
    • Liaise with building management, office suppliers etc.

 

We're looking for someone with/who is:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Great people skills
  • A friendly approachable manner
  • Happy to work with all levels of the business
  • Great at prioritising and organising own workload
  • Highly confidential
