Talent Manager

The role: 

We’re looking for someone to support our great team of people and our self-organising culture. The Talent Manager role will focus on growing the skills and talents of the Felinesoft team from initial onboarding through to annual review and supporting personal development. It will be your job to help our team advance their talents within our self-organising culture. We are looking for someone who has experience with similar responsibilities and is very confidential, highly organised, supportive and approachable. The role will also cover aspects of office management, assisting with recruitment and will work closely with the ClearCourse Group HR team.

Many of our Felinesoft team are currently working remotely due to COVID-19, but once we return to the office this role will be primarily office based. For the right candidate we’d be happy to consider some flexibility in the working hours pattern e.g. a minimum of 25 hrs a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our staff
    • Designing and running the induction of new joiners
    • Arranging and supporting probationary review meetings
    • Arranging and supporting yearly reviews
    • Supporting and co-ordinating the personal development of our staff

  • Oversee day to day wellbeing of the Felinesoft team:
    • Being a confidant for people to speak to
    • Promoting the EAP and other routes of support for employees in need
    • Physical and mental health first aider (training will be given where required)

  • Support our self-organising culture:
    • Assisting people understanding how self-organising works here at Felinesoft
    • Encouraging culture of feedback sharing and recognitions of great work
    • Arrange company events, such as annual summer and Christmas parties

  • Assisting with Recruitment
    • Assisting with the creation/updating of job adverts
    • Agreeing offers and assisting in offer letters, contracts etc.
    • Working closely with the ClearCourse Group team

  • Support Felinesoft with day to day running of the business:


We're looking for someone with/who is:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Great people skills
  • A friendly approachable manner
  • Happy to work with all levels of the business
  • Great at prioritising and organising own workload
  • Highly confidential
