Fancy joining the Felinesoft team?
We're a really friendly, talented and motivated team who work on a huge variety of projects with clients, many in the NfP and Membership sectors but not solely, which makes working at Felinesoft really interesting. We work in an agile self organising way and collaborate closely across our diverse team and with our clients. Self organising means we have responsibility from day one in our roles and autonomy about how we work with our team, within a really supportive environment. Development and growth are hugely important to us, so we're always keen to meet talented people who take their own learning seriously and are happy to share their knowledge with others.
As a team we recognise that, whilst our work is important, it's not the only thing in our lives. We all have other responsibilities and interests and need flexibility to deal with the kind of stuff that arises. We're supported to do that at Felinesoft. A good life, not just good work, is important to us all.
Other perks of being part of the team are:
- Minimum 24 days holiday, plus an extra day for every year of service (up to 30 days)
- Opportunity to work from home
- No line manager
- Generous training budget
- Informal and friendly office atmosphere with no office dress code
- Discretionary annual company bonus
- Onsite cafe, discounted gym, showers and secure bike parking
- Free tea and coffee, including a barista style coffee machine and decaff options
- Friday drinks, Summer and Christmas events, Table Tennis Tournaments, and others as suggested
- Office in central Bristol full of fantastic people to work with
We're always looking out for talented people to join us, so if you are versatile, multi-talented, curious and eager to learn, we want to get to know you better.
Despite the current worldwide pandemic and most of our Felinesoft team working from home, our work levels have not changed and we're still working on current and new client projects. We're therefore still recruiting and our open vacancies can be found at the top of this page. Interested in one of our open roles? Simply complete the online application and we will be in touch (follow the "once ready to apply click here" link on the job advert).
What's the recruitment process like?
If your initial application looks suitable, we'll give you a quick informal phone call to check details of your application, to make sure we've got all the necessary information to best consider your application and for any of your initial questions.
Then the teams will decide who they would like to invite to the first stage of our recruitment process, the telephone interview. This will last around 30 minutes. You'll get the chance to discuss the role in a little more depth, to find out about the company, and the team can find out more about you, your skills and experience, and what you're looking for in your next role.
If there is a mutual fit, we'll then invite you to meet with us for a final stage interview. As we're sure you will understand, we'll currently be meeting you remotely over a video call. Depending on the role, this may also include a technical task. We have experience in remote interviewing and on-boarding, so we're confident we can give you a good feel for what it is like working with Felinesoft.
If you think Felinesoft is the place for you, but can't see a current vacancy that fits what you are looking for in your next career move then get in touch by sending us your CV and a covering email telling us a bit more about you to email@example.com. Before getting in touch please make sure you read our Candidate Privacy Notice.
Felinesoft is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome enquiries from everyone and we value diversity in our workplace. If you're disabled and require any reasonable adjustments, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0117 325 1902 and ask for HR.
