If you have applied for a role at Felinesoft Ltd your data will be held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of your application, at around 11 months we will contact you to establish if you wish for us to update and retain your information for a further 12 months (for current and future vacancies) or if you wish to use your right to be forgotten. If we cannot contact you, we will delete your information from our system.
Your personal data may be shared with our employees as part of the recruitment process. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is necessary to deliver our services or if this is a legal obligation.
You have a number of rights with regard to your personal data. You are entitled to see copies of all personal data held by us and to amend, correct or delete such data. You can also limit, restrict or object to the processing of your data. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time, you can also raise any objections or exercise any of your rights, by emailing email@example.com
When you get in touch, we will come back to you as soon as possible and where possible within one month. If your request is more complicated, it may take a little longer to come back to you but we will come back to you within two months of your request. We may also ask you to verify your identity before we provide any information to you. There is no charge for a request for applicants.
